The staff are okay and shop is okay but unfortunately the products have turned into overpriced rubbish! I don't recommend anything Kathmandu in a critical situation where it may save your life! Like sleeping bag ratings! Or a tent that is supposed to be waterproof from the shop. Or boots that aren't supposed to fall apart after 1 day of use.
