Disappointed! Clearly they have that market stitched up! No customer service, No help unless I stood with my hand in the air. Now I work in retail and have for 20 years, so IF it was busy then there lack of service could be excused, but on this occasion there were 5 staff on their phones standing behind the counter, faces down and talking amongst them selves. Eventually someone helped which was short lived. :( And then to top it off we HAD to spend a lot of money :( to get our son dressed for a wedding as there is no where else to shop (or I would have) The sales person screwed up the dress shirt and put it into the bag on top of the pants which I folded! Just disgusted that the service is failing so bad, is this acceptable today? In any shop? I took a photo of the top screwed up In the bag... Hallensteins Group, sort your employees out! They were all bad and all need a rev up.

Unfortunately hard to find my size as I'm bigger than most but otherwise great place with helpfully staff

Used to be a decent go to place for reasonably affordable clothing, but more recently prices have gone up and the quality and design has gone down..
