Went to a well known sports foot wear seller only wait around while a team member chatted to mates about the weekend.  Left immediately and went to athlete’s foot and was immediately attended to.  3D measurement of my “wide” feet has me now with the best fit shoes I’ve ever had.  Keep up the good service

Great customer service. 3D fitment and advice was spot on and they were very patient while I tried the different shoes repeatedly. I'm very pleased I went to footware experts for my purchase.

One staff in particular was extremely helpful! Highly recommend going there for any shoes and proper size fitting. Special thanks to Charlotte for all the help!!

Today I was passing the store and the display caught my eye. I needed new shoes for work that were comfortable and safe. Shannon L gave exceptional service today. I showed him what I liked and why I needed something in this line for work. He went through the whole process of checking size ect and they explained it to me. He was professional, friendly and respectful while older just not quite dead yet. He showed respect to hear what I was saying and why I needed the shoes and socks and took the time to get the right ones for me. Thank you Shannon for your patience reflecting well on upbringing and training asset to business.

The customer service was terrific. The guys were interested in finding out about what shoes I had tried before, they know about the latest in shoe technology, they spent time talking about each shoe and what the benefits were. They weren’t in a rush and were really thorough in measuring my size.

I recently got fitted for some new marathon runners and was assisted by a lovely gentleman called Sam who really took his time to fit me and provide valuable advice on the benefit of each shoe.

Not great service at this Athletes foot. After having the feet and walk measured the staff were offering shoes that didn’t fit, and then saying they were unsuitable for the foot size. I think they were more interested in a commission than offering great fitting shoes. Better service in other Athletes Foot stores- avoid this one if you are a runner!

Waited for 20 min and not one sales clerk even acknowledged us. I could see they were busy and was willing to wait. But a “hey, be with you in a bit” would have kept me there and follow through with a sale. Went to rebel sport instead and greeted within 30sec.

Best customer service, great value and range! The shop has a great range of shoes to suit all needs.  Rhiaan was a fantastic help, she stayed with me the whole time and if there was something I wasn’t sure about she always had a solution. After I finished with her I felt like I couldn’t have made a better decision on the shoes I needed up with!  Thoroughly recommend this place, and Rhiaan in particular who was bubbly and smiley and so friendly!

My husband Mick & I visited Warringah Mall store yesterday & my husband & I would like to congratulate Will on the professional advice &!service he gave my husband regarding purchasing his soccer shoes . Well done Will & keep up the great service. ! Wish there were more people as patient & knowledgeable as you . Thanks once again
