Rip off! Charges through the roof. $100 to re-heel plain black shoes. Now he has lost one of my wife's Armani shoes that went in to be re-heeled. His response, she only brought in one shoe! Who only re-heels one shoe?

What a rip off! I went there with my Spanish booties to get the heels fix and the owner started saying how bad their condition was (I was thinking: here you go- he's trying to justify the price he's going to ask for) and carried on. After a few times asking him: ok, so how much it is? He finally responded $47, so I said: no, that's very expensive (it's 1/3 of what they cost me in Spain) and he said, but they are really expensive boots (Spain has amazing shoes with much cheaper prices and amazing quality and design). So i said, no that's ok, and he didn't listened, was holding the boots and started to write a ticket. I had to insist, no thanks too expensive. So he lower the price to $45. I finally got them fixed by a guy in mona vale for $27.90. And he did an amazing job. Avoid this guy.

Charged me $48 to touch up the sides of my shoes with glue...Biggest rip off ever and he didnt even do a good job
