Great value. Surprisingly good products for the prices. Only minor annoyance is that point of sale is located in the middle of the store rather than exit.

I don’t usually write reviews but I am absolutley appalled by the terrible customer service I just received at the photo lab at Kmart warriewood.

The young girl left me waiting st counter for 4 mins before service then her body language said what a hassle I was to be asking her assurance.

She was incredibly rude and inconsiderate and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a Kmart store and perhaps ever.

Then when I asked to speak to the manager she turned made a ‘huffed’ sound, I honestly could not believe her body language and just how rude she was. 

I will not be ever going back - she has lost a regular customer.

 Absolutely disgusted, not the way you should be treating loyal customers. Particularly in such a small community on the Northern beaches when word spreads of customer service or lack of VERY quickly!!

I must admit that the set up was better before the refit as the quality was better and there was more variety to chose from 
The new layout is not the best especially with the checkouts being in the middle of the store 

The staff at the service centre photo Lab are rather rude  the door greater the older lady and the older man  on the self serve check outs must be careful who they accuse of shoplifting cos the old lady at the door accused a customer of it in front of other shoppers when it was obvious that  the customer had done her weekly shop at  one of the supermarkets
