Staff were excellent, service was non flustered & quick even when the store was busy. The scanning equipment is a major selling point as the first set of shoes they suggested were the correct fit. They didn't try to oversell or coach me into buying products that i do not want.

I spent some time in AF Mt Ommaney  today getting fitted for a pair of Asics runners. Harry was very knowledgeable, patient and obliging in finding shoes that fitted my feet and my budget. He went above and beyond, so thank you Harry for your very professional service. This is where I'll go again, next time I want running shoes.

I recently had to return a pair of very expensive  shoes to this store and was delighted and relieved to have a very positive experience and a great outcome. Sam was able to put my mind at ease and also my feet. After having bought a pair of shoes that were unsuitable  for my podiatry condition and actually worsened my mobility and pain, he explained the problems and resoved them one by one and gave me confidence  to trust his judgement and buy another type of shoe more suitable for me. I have bought a few pairs of shoes from this store and have found all the staff competent and knowledgeable. Sam is very much at ease in his role and I would recommend  him highly,  especially  for painfull foot problems or anything  a bit out of the usual. He goes the extra mile taking time to get a whole history.  Thanks Sam a whole day in the new shoes and no dramas. fantastic. Terri Mohr.

Excellent customer service. The lady was great with our 5 year old who needed new school shoes for grade one. She made it a fun experience. The shoes we bought last year for prep lasted all year. They were starting to get snug but they sized her  perfectly. For shoes to last the whole year is a mirical  the way kids grow.  That's why we went back this year.

Fantastic service and advice from Luke. We didn’t feel rushed even on a busy Saturday morning. We could instantly tell Luke is an expert and helped my children get the best fitting shoes and long wear. Highly recommend this store and Luke the manager. Thank you!

Thank you very much alex ... he went beyond to try and help me ... excellent customer service ... he was on his own 9am saturday morning it was very busy and he handled the situation very well and acknowledged everyone that came in plus I'm very happy with my brooks shoes ... alex  knows his stuff very much appreciated

Waste of time. I had to return my shoes as they were completely the wrong size. Staff are completely under qualified and the manager tried to argue with me about my shoe size. The store is also out of a lot of stock so you can't even try on your correct size in store.

Just bought some shoes with help from Alex. I have walked out of an athletes foot because I have been overwhelmed as I didn't know what shoe to get or even where to start. Thank you Alex from Mt om.! Very welcoming and informative!
