Disgusting service at Rocklea, ordered shockies on line on Friday and paid for for pickup in Ipswich, got a phone call from Ipswich to say they were at Rocklea and they would let them know we would be down for pickup, i said no problem will go down there and get them, get down there and rude man behind the counter says they are not paid for and we can't have them, told him they were paid on the net, he said nope, can't have them not paid for, eventually showed him our Paypal account so we could get our product, told him we were pushed for time, so he made us wait for ages whilst he went out the back to find them, then come back in and dumped them in my arms so rudely I nearly dropped them Never had this problem in Ipswich, had an account there since the Ipswich Truck & Tractor days Absolutely disgusting behaviour

Great service, Powerdown shock absorbers $164 a pair, compared to competitors $249, pays to check MaxiPARTS first.
young lady I spoke to seem very lost didn't seem to understand the make and model of the truck had referred three times back to somebody else phone call took over 15 minutes just to find out a price for front shock absorbers for a Mitsubishi cantina ridiculous I think get someone that knows what they're doing
