Purchased a steering rack from these guys that turned out to be bad. Contacted them within 3 months of purchasing to let them know of the issue, and that I would only be able to return it once the rack was replaced again which might take a while. They agreed however when returning they did not want to accept the return.nnWhen contacting the Salesperson recently, they said they remember that I was going to return the rack due to an issue with it, but now they would not accept a return as it’s been too long. Can’t expect customer to source another part immediately and pay for the labour to replace it again immediately. Specifically advised them of this during the 3 months and they said it was fine.
The guys are professinal, Needed a rear bar same colour was on the vehicle, did not expect it to be removed and stored clean with out scracthes, upon pick up it was stored separately on another shelf with no scracthes and in perfect condition.
Dealt with this place through eBay. What a great experience!!! Ryan is the greatest person I've ever had business with on eBay. Always happy to help and extremely responsive with messages and timelines.nI bought an engine from them and needed a few more bits after that to complete a swap which they were always happy to send my way and never asked for a dollar more.nWould definitely recommend!! Look no further
