Usually I would spent a fair bit of money here but lately the shop has gone down hill in a big way. Last time I was in there, I ended up standing around for 15 minutes while the young staff decided it was better to stand around and talk with each other rather than serve. Went to the front desk and was ignored tried getting their attention and was ignored. Would rather go somewhere where the staff are willing to help.

I was served by Bec today and she was wonderful. Listened to my needs and found me the perfect shoes. Absolutely stellar service!

Grace was suuuuuper patient, helpful and lovely to speak to!! Answered all my Qs and gave me honest opinions.

The service is friendly but beware but beware the sales tactics. We went in for a pair of sneakers for my son and agreed to try on a pair advertised in store for $90. We were then fitted to several more expensive pairs without mention of the price difference, one was $80 more! Pretty good service overall but make sure you ask questions before being fitted. In the end we bought elsewhere the same shoes for cheaper, after telling our story to the sales lady she brought their price down, as we had lost a bit of trust with the AF.

My father is hard to buy shoes for. He has a large foot size and a “grumpy old man” level of patience. We were greeted by Sam and she was absolutely amazing! She was kind, attentive and really helpful. Thanks again Sam.

I had such a good experience with athletes foot Belconnen whilst looking to be fitted for new joggers after injuring myself due to buying cheap ones. The lady who helped me was so knowledgeable and bought out many pairs of shoes to try but knew which ones would be best for me - which were the pair I ended up buying! Didn’t feel pressured into buying anything and walked out feeling comfortable with my purchase and the amount of money I spent. Would highly recommend.

Yeah great experience with young Kael who walked me through their measuring system and was able to expertly provide shoes that fit my feet perfectly.
