The most appalling customer service I have ever witnessed. 5-6 staff with almost an empty shop and yet not a single person approaches you! Most of them had their friends around the counter and were too busy chatting. Rachel is the only one that has outstanding customer service. The rest need to be either fired or performances Managed out!! Thank you Rachel for your assistance.
I came into the store looking for basketball shoes, as soon as I got to the area that is very easy to find a employee came to help me, I didn't fully know what I was looking for as I am just starting at this sport and so he gave me advice on the shoe part of things, pretty quickly he had driven me away from shoes that aren't good for beginners and found me a good light pair, which I was pretty happy with but still wanted to try on other shoes, which he helped me with and was very understanding, great little shoe shop that has a good wide range and very good customer service
Refused to refund brand new shoes due to "Discolouration" on sole. Disgracefull customer service, will be contacting administrative
Came in during Boxing Day sales. Lots of staff on but mostly too busy chatting with each other, or standing around avoiding customers! Very disappointing
Staff are friendly and attentive. All are well versed in the products they sell and general sneaker culture. Good amount of products available, specifically items for shoe cleaning/deodorization. Also some footlocker exclusives/raffles available.
Went into the store to check out sizing, was standing around for 10 minutes whilst the three available workers ignored me. Had to personally go up to the counter just to ask. Still no help
Visited the store on 17/12/21 at 5.06 there were 5 staff members and very few customers. I knew what shoes I wanted and asked a guy to help me with the size. He was rude and all the staff did not want to help any customers they were chatty around. Went to Nike it was absolutely the opposite, there was this lovely girl who helped me with the size and helped with other products as well, walked out spending nearly $300.
Great place and good deals There was this sales guy Pat who was phenomenal! Extremely patient and seemed actually take an interest in his job! Unfortunately I din't find something that I liked but he really did a great job. Can't say the same about another tall guy with curly hair who wasn't wearing a name tag.
There were very few customers, 5 employees. All workers were chatting with each other at the counter and no one came to help me with picking shoes. I got help when I went there after 5 mins or so and the workers were not chatty at all.
I have bought so many basketball boots that I don't have time to use here, but I need at least one addiction.
