The lady was super nice but she was clearly understaffed- which I understand on a weekday, but after another staff came to help her- which should have eased the pressure I bought two pairs of shoes, only to find that I was given a two left shoes. I don’t know if I should laugh or cry. I’ll have to return tomorrow and I’m sure I’ll get my right shoe, but this definitely could have been prevented with an extra 2 seconds of care from the workers side. I understand that you’re busy, but you can definitely be fast without sacrificing being meticulous.
Excellent customer service from a young man named Brodie. Pleasant manner welcoming smile asking me how my day had been, which was Great to see. Brodie I found not only welcoming but new alot about shoes and gave good advice of how to look after your shoes. Planned to buy only 1 pair left the store with 2. Thankyou Brodie for your Great Customer service.
Went here a couple of weeks ago and the two guys in the store were super helpful. The shoes I wanted weren't in stock, so they organised to have them delivered, no shipping costs. Shoes arrived within 48 hours. Will definitely be a return customer.
Literally, best experience. Afraid I didn't catch the guy's name he was Asian with dark hair but he was so friendly and helpful and is probably the only reason that I just bought my first pair of Doc Martens! So knowledgeable and lovely, ten out of ten, maybe in a few months I'll return to grab another pair!
Perfect place to shop if you want to go deaf. Place seem to thrive on playing music so damn loud that you need ear plugs to shop there. I get it, you like music but, there is a difference between comfortable level and level that is hard to handle. I would not be shopping here in any hurry.
A bit exxy but good customer service
Had a great experience at Platypus Belconnen last Friday night! Big shout out to Sam, who was a huge help, super friendly and really knowledgeable!
Perfect service from Brodie.. couldn't be happier. Other staff were lovely too!
All staff members were standing around and chatting paying no attention to customers. One star because I cannot rate zero stars.
Staff are very rude and they don’t know how to deal with customer issues. Especially store manager
