Been here a few times now, have bought fish and plants, really good customer service. There is one young guy who really knows absolutely everything, his super helpful and it’s nice to speak to someone who really knows what they’re speaking about. I’ve learnt a few things along the way, this place is pretty amazing. It has all your tank needs right here. Highly recommend. I’ll keep returning here. Pricing is also pretty well done. Love it
Really knowledgeable staff. Super friendly and helpful. Free water testing when I set up my palladarium, heaps of good advice on fish and what would cope with other species.nHappy to say they have giant aquatic snails which are awesome
We received outstanding customer service from the staff at the aquarium factory. Josh was absolutely fantastic, so knowledgeable and so helpful assisting me with the complete set up of a tank for my husband. I really appreciated his help, it was great to deal with someone who is passionate about what they do. I love the fact that they support local suppliers and are community minded.nThe team delivered the tank after hours and were so friendly and professional. We had such a positive experience, they went above and beyond.nThese guys are definitely worth a visit!nHighly recommend you visit the aquarium, a much better experience than going to the larger stores..Thanks so much guys and I'll be back soon to purchase my discus.
Picked up marine flakes, sign said 50% off. But was charged full price, in fact more than online prices. Then the clincher, they are 6 YEARS out of date! This shop has turned to crap. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.
Great stock, knowledgeable staff. Strange location but super happy to find it.nGot some very healthy bristlenose to add to our tank.
