On a late laid back day, we came across this laid back restaurant. We ate: 1.curry puff- not very nice. I'm not able to guess if it was frozen or fresh made. 2.Tom kha soup- this was good. 3.Pineapple friend rice- It was also good. Things I don't like about this place: 1. Poor hospitality. 2.Very bad communication amongst their own staffs. They served us the fried rice first and said thought you ordered it first and dint try to correct his fault.  3.Don't think I'll recommend this place.

If I have to use one word to describe this restaurant it'd be "Complete rip off". We dined there on Friday night and they charged us 15% surcharge on top of the overpriced food in the name of Easter weekend. With no sign board at the entrance, we were quite taken aback when we saw a little note on their menu mentioning the 15% surcharge. We are aware that few restaurants do charge surcharge in NZ but that's only on public holidays, and not during the entire public holiday weekend. The food was quite average with undone prawns which smelled more like steamed as opposed to grilled as mentioned in the dish description. Also, this was thus far the first ever Thai restaurant I have eaten at which doesn't serve steamed rice with the main dish. Needless to say all this left a bitter taste in our mouth and we were extremely disappointed.

I visited Thai Siam Queenstown restaurant today for dinner. I quite surprised with the taste of food which has thee original taste. it was amazing and staff was super friendly also the owner take care me. I would recommend this place.

Great service and good food. Nicely spicy Thai green curry. Good lunchtime prices.
