What can you say about a place with more than 20,000 reviews? The burgers were really good, not quite life altering, but good. Wait was 20 minutes to order, 25 minutes to get our food. Had a nice walk after placing our order, they do a good job with app to tell you when your food is ready. I don't know if it's something I'd wait an hour for again, but solid food.
Really good burgers and really popular hence the wait times. Southern swine with added brie was yum. Choc mint shake very good. Squid was just ok. Overall worth trying if you're in QT, enjoy a good burger and have the patience to wait. Definitely go lakeside to eat!
Had the Bambi burger with venison, gave a 4 star only cause the sauces were all at the end of the burger would’ve loved for the whole burger to have had the lovely sauces. My family ordered 7 different burgers and loved every one of them. Great atmosphere and love the photos on the wall. Stood in the long line even on a rainy day just to have the loveliest burgers in Queenstown NZ
My nieces got us this for lunch. They waited over an hour for it since it is the big hype. The presentation was not that good. The burger was okay. The sauce was good but I didn't care for the soggy bun and messy burger.nnIt's good but not good enough for me to go back in line and wait for over an hour. If I do go back I might try the shakes since they did look good.
This is part of the authentic Queenstown experience, and the food lives up to the expectation. There was definitely a queue around 10:30 PM, while the inside dining area and outdoor seating were both full to capacity. Only their Chicken and Beef burgers are Halal, and you need to inform the order taker that you require Halal Burgers. Ordered the Ferg Deluxe Burger, which was pretty big in size, very flavorful, and fresh Their service was pretty fast, yet we had to wait slightly longer for the Halal Burgers. A staff member walks next to the queue handing out menus as well as answering queries of customers lined up and waiting to place order.nSuper nice, friendly, and helpful staff contribute towards making the experience even more better.
