Been coming here for years, but their quality has been consistently going down.  Used to have my favourite steak here on a sizzling plate with whole peppercorn sauce, now it is like any other pub steak with powdered pepper / cream sauce and burnt steak, with plenty of chips but veggies or salad u will have to pay extra.  Ordered wings with the Spicy sauce and it is just wings cooked / glazed in sugar (too sweet) with ZERO hint of spiciness.  Always ordered the fajita tower too, today's version was again changed, with more finely shredded cheese.  Not coming back again.

Very unfortunate, the food is great, pricing alright and drinks menu is a good selection. 
Unfortunate because the service is SHOCKING as someone who has worked in hospitality for 8 years, it was appalling, waiters get to you after half an hour, drinks another 15 minutes after that, empty glasses don’t get taken away, nor get offered another, rude staff, don’t know their menu. Really disappointing due to the fact the food and venue is great. 

Hire more staff per night, retrain your staff and this good be one of the best venues around. 

Have been here more than a couple dozen times in the last 12 months, with hopes every time it’ll get better. Only gets worse.

Absolutely atrocious service, food was sub par. I used to enjoy this location but in recent years it has definitely gone way down hill. Waited 30 mins just to order a simple drink and waited another 30 before I received it. Every member of the wait staff were either rude and abrupt or completely incompetent with their own menu. After making a complaint to the waiter he said he'd have a look and proceeded to aimlesslesly walk around neighbouring tables. After all of this our drinks and food were incorrect. I can't understand how a large chain like this can have such awful service. Wont be coming back.

Dined here tonight with family, The food is terrible nothing positive about the food. Charge way too much for what they serve, powdered mash with steak an frozen vegetables. 6 pieces of calamari for a huge amount of salad, burgers that are tasteless.  I'm sorry but if you're going to charge ridiculous prices for fake food you need to re evaluate your prices for low quality food,. Will never be back. 
The only positive thing was the staff were very nice

Our waiter got a few items on our order wrong. Strawberry passion was misheard as mango passion. We ordered the linguini and he said "ok so you want the pasta" and we said yes yet it was completely missed! And somehow one kids hotdog was ordered as two. We were in a hurry to catch a movie so the manager kindly smoothed things over and we reached a compromise her comping some items on the overall bill. That and the other items ordered were delicious ( buffalo wings - bit small but flavour on point, burger -perfect bun, lots of meat and grilled just well done) still scored this place 3.75 stars. Pity as it was a promisingly good experience.
