Ordered a bao bun and I put it straight in the bao bin. The bun was so hard and stale it was like eating some pork with flooring tiles.

You should probably get rid of the guy behind the counter. Very reluctant to help the girls out and serve customers. When he finally does he just stares at the customers and appears to really hate his job.
Then gets the order wrong.

Trainees are very poorly trained and the staff overall are ill-equipped to handle busy periods.  It took 20min to receive 2 banh mis when I could have gone to any other make-to-order place in the food court and could have been eating within 10.

Great looking pictorial menu of 🍜 Pho, Bun, Goi, Bang No and Boa. I had a couple of Rice rolls that come with a choice of in house sauce tubes. A very professional organised setup. The only feedback is the rice sheets were very chewy, may be a one off prep incident

Ordered a pork and crackling banh mi. Pork was dry and tasteless, had three tiny pieces of crackling and was drowned in so much soy sauce the roll was falling apart
