I love Schnitz but got an American dream and 2 bites into it my friend saw a love warm possibly from the green stuff moving around in my burger. Gave it back to the counter and they made me another one.but don't think I can ever go back there. Very disappointing. Staff seemed helpful though

My partner and I used to visit this schnitz on a weekly basis, however they have recently changed ownership/management and the food quality has definitely deprecated because of it. They also sacked all of there staff, which is a shame really as the service was quite good. The lines have noticeably gotten shorter as a result.

I received food poisoning after ordering a meal with the team at schnitz Southland . 

The next day I came back to inform the store manager Anita of what occurred . I was not there seeking compensation however , merely letting her know of what had happened so it doesn't happen again to any other customer onwards. I've never been so outraged of the appalling customer care she took . Not only did she say it wasn't food poisoning as it occurred so soon , (food poisoning can occur within the first few hours after consuming the food ) especially if I haven't eaten anything all day, but her body language such as slouching over the counter was unacceptable and unprofessional.

I don't recommend anyone to order there food here . On another occasion when I asked for fresh fries , I saw the employee begin mixing fresh fries and old fries together. 

Won't be coming back there , super disappointed :/

Great service nice and quick. Waited less than 5 mins for crisp salad and delicious schnitzel!
