Very slow. Pharmacist James is very rude and comes across as if he hates his job. He’s very slow at filling scripts and when I asked the cashier how much longer it would be as I was feeling unwell and had been waiting a long time already she stated ‘I don’t know man’. Unfortunately have never had a great experience here. I got my flu vax here by James again, I cannot put into words how terrible that experience was. I have never seen someone jab a needle into someone’s arm with such force. It’s a real shame as a majority of the staff there are lovely but the odd few ruin it for all.

James would have to be the slowest pharmacist I have ever seen. He moves so slow . It is like he hates his job and takes great pleasure in making people wait. Never again will I go there and will warn all my friends.

Can not understand why people would give negitive reviews. Are these reviews all by the same person? I go here regually and have never had a problem. James is the best pharmacist I have come in contact with. His knowledge is exceptional. I have many allergies including salycilate intolerance. Lots of medications I get compounded or can only take particular brands. James takes his time to check all different kinds of medications and creams inactive ingredients for me. He has even rung companies. When I am in need I of a particular item he irders it is. It arrives in a few days. Yes the prices are more expencive them some of the bigger pharmacies. It is however worth it due to service, knowing I will not get medications I cam not take due to allergies, convienence and quick service. Dont get this at the bigger pharmacies. Will always support Terry White Drayton. Keep up the good work.

Yesterday, 28th of Janurary I was refused service by James the pharmacist as I cannot wear a mask due to anxiety attacks, I have a medical exemption for it.  He proceeded to try and tell me, while wearing a cloth mask that he was just following the government's recommendation, when recently the recommendation changed to the N95 masks, when I brought this up he tried to argue with me.  Along with this terrible review due to his ableism, I am also going to the human rights commission because what he did is illegal, as I was discriminated against due to a medical condition.  Terry White has lost my service that I have been using since I left the military for my service related physical and mental conditions.

The negative reviews are strange,  have been using this pharmacy since it opened. The staff are always amazing, the pharmacist is always ready to talk to you. I have 3 kids and serious medical issues.  They are one of the best pharmacies around.

steep prices and offers price match only if you have a receipt as a proof of the price to match. i do understand that its the company policy that can be improved. You can check real time prices on line, optimise the internet just like other chemists.

I stood in front of the counter in clear sight waiting to be helped next but the girl behind the counter just kept serving others who would walk in after me. Felt totally ignored on purpose. It would appear this particular pharmacy assistant could use some BASIC customer service training, because I certainly didn't experience any from her. It took the pharmacist to eventually ask if she could help me...

Very rude and unhelpful pharmacist with no customer service. Wish i didnt bother pulling up here for them to waste my time!  If i could give no stars i would! I drove on to priceline where i got perfect customer service with helpful friendly advice for half the price! Wont bother going to drayton chemist again :-

I have been using this pharmacy since it opened when I have no other choice, or only when Jordynne & Brian are there. Otherwise the rest of the staff are quite rude & the customer service is non existent. The pharmacist James & Kyesim are never polite or seem like they want to be there & seeing/talking to you is a chore they loathe. A smile goes a long way. Such a shame as Jordynne & Brian are lovely and will go above & beyond to help a customer. They are the only reason I go there anymore. I'd rather travel the extra kilometres & go to a different chemist if they aren't on that day. I'd leave no stars for this pharmacy if I could, but I'd rate Jordynne & Brian for their work ethic 5 stars

Priceline sell the same medication more than half the price. How do they get away with it? Do yourself a huge favour and travel 3 minutes up the road to Westridge and save $$$.
