Pharmacists and staff always go above and beyond to help. Excellent product range and staff have ordered in specific items for me that I found difficult to get anywhere else. Extremely grateful for Priceline Westridge’s professional, friendly and courteous assistance. 10/10 wouldn’t go anywhere else

From my first visit to this pharmacy they made a mistake on pricing my scripts. Thought I'd give them another go. Another oversight today. Chemist didn't apologise.  Never admit their terrible service. To lazy to do their job properly and complete necessary paperwork

My wife went here to get her diabetes medication today. Out of stock, couldn't tell her when it would be in stock and wouldn't keep some aside or notify her when it was back in stock. Very poor customer service. Needless to say, we're now looking for another pharmacist who is actually interested in the medical well being of their customers. Postscript - my wife found a pharmacy that takes orders and notifies customers when the drug is in stock. Service!

On my end the priceline app on my phone says I have 2 repeats left,  so I go onto your store and was spoken to rudely, to not get any script back . Get your act together. If I could id give you 0.5 of the star

Always friendly and professional from dispensary staff to front cashier staff.  Great range of products as well

I rang up to enquire about the possibility of picking up a prescription in an hour. They were pleasant and very obliging.

Very obliging and helpful. Particularly with prescription medicines.

Staff where rude and treated me like a meth cook when asking for original cold and flu tablets. Informed me they would have to order them in and would need a script, there happy to sell you the “new improved cold and flu” overpriced Panadol. Drove another 5 minutes  up the road and got them from a very polite pharmacist without any trouble. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Will not be using this Pharmacy anymore. Staff are generally rude. Even if you know that a generic brand of medication doesn't work for you, they will still give it to you even if you ask for the name brand. Every fortnight/month that I pick up my medications, I have the same argument. Generally have to return medications to the service desk and speak to a pharmacist 3 times before being able to get what I actually need. So fed up. I will never be using this Pharmacy again!!

I find this place excruciatingly slow I won't go here because of the small town politics and the small talk at the checkout you would have to be a very very unneeded person to deal with this business as they are excruciating Lee slow I cannot spend them suffering anxiety disorders and on top of that waiting for me to sit for whatever reason it will always take 30 minutes on average for that place to fill a script I am very disappointed with a business that should be much much better than small town politics
