Best experience ever! From the front house service, the hair experts, to the styling. The results are just A++++   Sent through a request for an urgent appointment to have my hair fixed prior to leaving for my sisters 21st in NZ. I got a reply almost immediately and this was roughly after 5pm on a Friday night, received a call not long after from the amazing and super kind Cath who was so helpful and understanding we discussed in length about my current hair situation and she was very honest and straight forward with what to expect. She organised for me to go into the salon that night before closing to meet with the awesome Dean to see if the state of my full head of home bleached hair and discuss what my options were. Dean was so clear about what the process would be and how much time and money it would cost as well as the maintenance it would take, he has a wealth of knowledge that made me feel so comfortable, I was definitely in good hands with Dean and his team. I was then fit in the next day which was a busy Saturday & came out of it with my hair looking the best it has everrrrr been   I cannot thank the team enough for their effort and accommodation especially with such short notice from me. I received so many compliments and queries about the salon I went to. I have told everyone and their mums about this salon, you guys deserve all attention y’all get. Very professional, and the friendlest staff you can see they all enjoy working together, great environment for you and your hair to be in. Olivia briefed me on getting a perm and answered all my naive questions in a great manner, educated me about the whole experience in our consultation and went above and beyond to call my number and reach out to organise an appointment for me through their apprentice, after I had came in and left with a price quote. Indi gave me the best perm in geelong! Along with also educating me about perm maintance and making sure I left the studio without any doubt or questions, all while putting on a smile. The boss was also great from our brief exchange and overall the staff were very supportive and hyping up my new hairstyle, so much that it felt like I made a new friend with my hairdresser : Could not recommend this place anymore! Gorgeous studio, with great services; they offer you coffee and drinks. Very nice environment and beautiful staff. I got a really nice haircut, exactly what I asked for. High price, but I guess that’s what you get when you get quality.
