I had laser in November which has left burns to my lower face and neck. The treatment was 3 months ago and I still have scars. I was most disappointed in the lack of follow up and consultation after I raised my concerns. Will never be back. Response to feedback below: Thanks for your response below but I don't know what review you are talking about. It took me 4 emails, 2 calls and 20 days after my procedure to be told over the phone that it would heal in 2 weeks which clearly it hasn't Concerning that it takes you only 24 hours to respond to an online review and 4 weeks to respond to someone that has burns to their face.

I had a free skin analysis consultation and was really impressed by the knowledge of the therapist and the advice. Better still, the treatment she advised actually worked. After wasting money trying a lot of other things, I'm glad my skin issues have improved at last.
