Unfortunaly I have nothing good to say. I made the mistake of not checking reviews before I came here. I asked for ombre ends and showed the hairdresser pictures of exactly what I wanted - the results couldn't be further from this.  They offered to tone my hair to fix it - this only made it worse. I came in with natural uncoloured roots and now have yellowish highlights through my whole hair.  Also, this salon is soo overpriced the pricing is extremely misleading - ended up paying $120 more then the price quoted when the booking was made, there was no mention of the price increase throughout the appointment. Unfortunately, I saw the reviews after my horrible experience it seems many people have had the same outcome.Service:&nbsp;Hair coloring

I found Style and Grace on Instagram 11 years ago and made the 2 hour journey to see Grace and I have been travelling to see her ever since, regardless of where I am living.  Grace is by far the most superior hairdresser I've ever seen & have never left her salon anything short of obsessed with my hair.  Over the 11 years I made the mistake of box dying my own hair & seeing another hairdresser while Grace was away who absolutely botched my hair & I'm so grateful that each time Grace was able to fix it. I'll never risk going to anyone else ever again.  The hair extension placement is always perfect, the colour great & the hair is exceptional quality- lasting me over a year each time. got a full head of foils, the end product was nice but not that similar to the photo i showed the hairdresser who basically just glanced at it and didn’t ask me any more questions. also had my hair pulled really hard through the foils and styling and even during washing which really hurt and left my head sore and had me almost tearing up during, my friend has had the same experience with this. feel like they need more communication and hospitality overall, although my hair did look nice at the end and all the experience ruined it for meService:&nbsp;Hair coloring

Absolutely love my hair extensions that were put in by Grace. So much attention to detail was given and the service is and always impeccable. All the girls are absolutely fantastic and so helpful always Service:&nbsp;Hair extensions

Unfortunately the worst experience I have ever had getting my hair done. The salon uses plastic clip 'things' to do foils rather than foil which are very heavy when lots of foils are used in long and thick hair, and left me with a horrible migraine for the duration of my appointment and hair breakage where the clips were attached because of their weight. I mentioned this to my hairdresser a few times and she could not have cared less, even when I nearly vomited from the pain. I then had to have my hair washed twice because the apprentice had not washed the toner out of my hair properly the first time. The colour was left on for too long meaning my roots are lighter than the rest of my hair. I somehow ended up with chemical burns on my ears from the colour they used this has never happened to me before and my back and jumper were drenched during the washing. Nearly a week later I am still suffering from scalp and neck pain from the weight of the plastic 'things' they used to foil my hair. Needless to say, I am not impressed.Service:&nbsp;Hair coloring

Booked online for a hair curling service advertised for $55 and I called the day before asking if I needed to have any product in my hair before hand and if my hair needed to be completely dry and they said to come in with dry hair no product and that they’ll put product in but when I got there the hairdresser put zero product in my hair before adding heat to curl and it did not hold a curl at all when I was in the chair I have long dark hair and fresh clean/dryed hair on the day and then used hairspray after and charged me $60 by the time I got home the curls were so loose with no volume.  I would have been more than happy to put heat protectant spray/hair styling spray of my own before going in if they said to. Anyway ended up using my mermaid wand at home in the end after scrambling to get to my own birthday event on time lol

Just want to say thank you for making me feel 10/10, I love my hair and I always leave the salon feeling incredible, such a warm and welcoming place to visit.Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling
