Unfortunately they left a junior stylist three months into her apprenticeship alone in the salon on a Saturday. She overheated the bottom layers straight when I requested a volumous curl. My fringe was also curled towrds my face. The stylist was defensive and emotional when I wasn't happy with my hair. I didn't pay and and emailed photos through. While offered an apology I was accused of having difficult hair. At no time did they accept responsibility for not training their staff or leaving a new member unsupervised.Service: Hairstyling
Was a bit nervous as my hair was so damaged and dry, but the service was amazing! My hair is so much healthier. I felt so comfortable and when I didn't have a clue what I wanted, she was able to recommend and blend a perfect natural colour. I would so recommend for their knowledge, passion and help!
Came in for a full head of foils and it was a huge job and honestly could not have asked for a better job. No banding, everything blended perfectly. So unbelievably happy with my hair, 100% recommendServices: Blowdry

This salon canceled my appointment 3 days prior to my scheduled appointment because I hadn't replied to a txt message within 12 hours. My appointment which I had been waiting for, for over 2 months was simply canceled without even a courtesy call. When I phoned the salon still 2 days prior to my booking to follow up on the txt I received which said “ You longer have a appointment” I was told they have given my appointment away as they reserve the right to do so. If this is the salon's policy then yes this is my error for not reading fine print however, I am shocked at the lack of courtesy this salon has for their customers. Such a shame because good customer service isn’t hard to deliver, yet as a customer I feel unvalued and disappointed.
15 years on, Bec and the Blondie babes are still working their magic on my hair. Thanks girls for once again nailing my colour. I always have faith in leaving it up to you to decide what my hair needs and you nail it everytime. I love it. Only certain hair stylists have the expertise in styling and working with thick, curly hair like mine but you girls never disappoint. Looking forward to my Keratin treatment in a couple of weeks. Unfortunately I had an apprentice colour my hair, after 2 cancelled appointments one cancelled 20mins before the appointment time and 2 months out from my wedding. The colour was shocking, uneven and in parts orange. Whilst I went back to get it fixed, this was an extremely stressful experience.
My name is Ellie I had appointment on 7 October Friday at 1 I got my hair done here n uploaded pictures on the web My hair is damaged N burnt Its a rainbow of all the different brown shades The staff were so mean to the point i felt they were racist I don’t care about any of this The girl spent 5 hours trying n everyone makes mistakes so I forgive her I coloured my hair back to black N had to cut it I hope I get a refund because they refused to fix my hair I waited so long for my hair to grow long Im so sad , I lost my hair , I regret going to this place sooo badService: Hair coloring
Called up because I had fake tanned and because of getting burnt and peeling it looked really bad and Chantelle let me come in and tried her best to cover it, absolutely life saver
It's been 4 month already since I had full head of foils. Sadly, but I am still restoring my hair. It was torn off. Now my hair is different length and, obviously, very frizzy. Will have to have a short hair cut done and start growing it back again. This makes me feel devastated as it took me several years to grow my hair that long. Terrible. Apart from that the price was a rip off. Regretfully, I don't recommend this hair salon.Service: Hair coloring
