Whether I have an appointment or am a walk in for a hair cut. The staff always welcome me with a smile and are super friendly! Penny is very enthusiastic and friendly. I love what she does with my out there hair colours and the way my hair cut always turns out! Awesome job!

I have find the staff to be very helpful and friendly. My daughters and I wouldn't go anywhere else. We alway enjoy going to our appointment and having a laugh. They alway welcome us with a smile. Penny has alway looked after me. Keep up the good work.

So after spending 3 hours at this salon, I still have greys showing through..my hair is not anything near what the colour is supposed to be.. Caramel is not blonde and chocolate brown is not mahogany! The advertised price is allegedly only for short hair, even though it states any length!.. Maybe they need to refer to the ACCC website which states: Businesses may also mislead consumers about prices if they: represent that an advertised price is the total price that you will have to pay when it is not. Totally unprofessional, unfriendly, not the warm place most hairdressing salons are. Won't be going back.

Very bad experience, charged double money than it should be ( as per on display its written any length of hair, but she charged double after saying that my hair length is longer... but my hair length is medium only) and was not satisfied with service. Had permanent hair colour and its gone within 2-3 months. Bad service and double unnecessary cost. Unhappy. 😣

Terrible haircuts! I asked for an inch off and they cut off 6! Another time my hair was cut extremely crooked and I had to return the next day to get it fixed. Mostly all of my experiences here are bad. Not recommended!
