As much as I loved the personality of and conversation with the hairstylist I am absolutely devastated with my hair cut. I had thick, long hair and just wanted it trimmed and thinned a LITTLE to make it look healthy. But my long hair is now short and so thin. It does not look good unless styled professionally and now i'm going to have to wait months and months for it to look anything like it did before. Very upset and won't be returning unfortunately. :(

I went to this establishment after a recommendation, however was extremely disappointed with the lack of care and experience of the allocated hairdresser, who was a young 21 year old female. As a result I not only received the incorrect style there was irreparable damage done preventing original style being obtained for up to 12 months. I'm sure there are some competent hairdressers there however I feel I was extremely unlucky. Thank you to the young man who re styled my hair to get me through.
