Worst service we ever received at Telstra! This staff is such a rude racist! He refused to provide service to us! It’s not about the 10 minutes. It’s all about your ATTITUDE! Can you show your professionalism when you are working. Or don’t go out for work when you are not in good mood.
Went in twice in the last week, hoping to get a better service to upgrade my plan. Extremely disappointed from both visits, the staff lacked product knowledge and told me she doesn’t know some of the existing plans during my the first visit, it was appalling! On my 2nd visit, when I asked the staff to recommend me their current plans in comparison of my existing one, Sel just told me that “everything is on the website, we don’t have promotions.” No problem with no promotion for me, but it’s not assisting my needs. I sensed he wanted to end this conversation sooner than continuing helping me, so I left with a short visit. Also the shop always closes earlier than the trading hours in many occasions, I hope the owner is aware of this issue.
I have never experienced/observed worse customer service in my life especially from a sales team whom you would expect would want you to use their service. Firstly I was approached by Racquelle who liked to inform me I was wrong when I was just asking a simple question. I felt almost as if she thought I was questioning her when In reality I would have just liked for they’re deals/services available to be explained prior to purchasing. I then purchased a pre paid plan with Racquelle which I asked if I could have it discussed prior to paying and to that she said I should just buy it and it will be activated and discussed with another colleague this then meant I was told it was an unrealistic plan for my stay and then required a refund. I had my sim activated by another member of the team who was okay but I felt as if he was frustrated with my questions throughout. During this I overheard the same member of staff being disrespectful and again rude to another customer who had been advised by another store she could choose her own number she spoke to this lady as if she was stupid rather than in a calm collected manner explaining to her that this was not something they could do. I was extremely disappointed with my experience and if I had not already paid for my service I would have gone to Vodafone as my friend had a great experience there the day prior. I understand that this store may have been under pressure due to staff shortages etc but that is no way to treat your potential customers. I am from the Uk and all mobile phone providers I have used previously could not do enough to help you and ensure you understand the plan you are choosing to pay for. I am also a nurse who understands staffing pressures and difficult service users very well and would never dream of speaking to anyone the way which I have observed in this store. If your having a bad day you should take yourself away for a moment and collect yourself otherwise I can’t imagine most people would be choosing Telstra as their providers if using this store.
We were told to come back a 5. When we did com back, the doors were closed despite staff and signs stating 7pm, with 5 members of staff sat around inside talking or on their phones. Missed out on a potentially 12k sale too. Optus was amazing though!
Went into Telstra due to my phone not turning on. Told 2 business days and we should have it back. Its been 7 business days now, and told it could be a month. Had I known it would have been a month would have just paid the $250 and replaced the phone. If you are having similar issues please report to the telecommunications ombudsman - as they will likely be fined by the misinformation.
Worst customer service. Travelling overseas and had an issue. Called them and despite the fact, I am with Telstra for almost a decade - the manager/staff on the phone sounded like a novice with zero technical background. Horrible service! Stay away from this store.
Closed one hour before the official opening hours closure. Absolutely APPALLING!
Terrible, rudest service ever. The staff Daniel is rude and shutting to me. No idea what's going on with him. After I read the review, now I got it. Strongly recommends - Don't waste your time in this shop.
I had to return a faulty product I got from another Telstra store in another state and they fixed it up in no time. I don’t understand the negative reviews. Two people helped me. I didn’t ask for their names though. I visited 1pm 16/8/22.
Review is for Telstra. Not the particular stores staff. By far my worst customer service experience to date. Telstra help staff * Purposely turned off my home internet multiple times, * Remotely reset my routers settings passwords, usernames ect multiple times, * Set my mobile phone numbers to call diversion without my authorisation in attempts to cause damages to my business. This was due to a customer service complaint I submitted over the customer service I received while attempting to fix a 5G issue my mobile service was having. After 5 weeks of being passed around by staff asking me to verify myself and then passing me to another staff member I lodged the complaint. After attempting to resolve these issues and customer service issues via the phone for 3 months I went in person to a local Telstra store. I explained the situation to Telstra staff and they informed me there was nothing that they could do to help me or even to reinstate my services that were being disrupted and I would have to go through the online Telstra members that were doing this. Other Telstra help staff abused me over the phone and laughed at disrupting my services. I have since removed all Telstra services for myself and family and am still in the process of trying to contact Telstra regarding the damages to my business and the customer service experience. To date this has been ongoing for 7 months with no resolution.
