Disappointing service, avoid this shop if you can. I received a company issued mobile phone with a postpaid plan but apparently the simcard issued to me was faulty. The staff told me to get my company's purchasing officer to write a letter to Vodaphone to replace the faulty sim card which is way too much of an effort to ask from a customer - given that it is also the holiday period. I believe the service provider should have not sent me a faulty sim card in the first place. Disappointed with the response and sensing some rudeness from the service staff, I left the shop and decided to visit another Vodaphone shop in QVB. The staff at QVB were so much better in customer handling. After sorting out the issue, and checking my valid photo ID, they just replaced the faulty sim card with a new one, linked it to my company account and it instantly worked - saving me from all the trouble of trying to get a letter from our company's purchasing officer.
I went to ask about Iphone14 and the new plan that I can get. Steve help me a lot about all information and explain so nicely. He provide a great service and recommendation the plan that suitable to me.
Polite, but unknowledgeable staff. I went during lunch showing the Black Friday promo on my phone, only to be told this was an online-only deal. The same deal was advertised on the large screen at the front of the shop on my way out. I've seen more commercially minded staff in George St and Ashfield Mall in the past.
Worst customer service, waited 15 minutes without acknowledgment of my existence. Then said not our problem go to Vodafone George st. If I were buying a new phone I would have walked out.

Very poor service. Rude customer service. Staffs don't seem to be knowledgable or just plain lazy.
Highly recommended. The excellent customer service from beginning to end, Steve was the humble nice guy who helped me to set up my old ph to new ph until finished. Satisfied with his job, never get wrong to be loyal customer for Vodafone

Went in for replacement sim as my phone was stolen. The staff was very professional. Helped me to set up on my other phone I had with me. Also went out his way to confirm that I was the account holder. I had my Identity stolen previously and if all staff in store was like world square team then it would not have happened. I believe his name was Jia or John. Anyway keep up the good work there!
Most useless store. Been waiting for my phone to be sent back to the warehouse and have made the request 4 times. Still sitting in the store.
