Great customer service, even if we don’t have appointment for purchase or any service won’t be too long for assistance.. All staff working there are friendly and nice to all customers..

I enjoy my experience every time I go here, although recently old mate Gary always takes a bite of me apple, so sick of it! I have attached an image of the apple that was eaten.

Customer service is excellent.  Another reason why Apple is so successful.  All staff and customers cooperating with covid precautions.  Felt safe in the store and well managed.

Genius Bar is the best! I took in my laptop that was well out of warranty and they fixed it for me while I waited. Amazing customer service.

No service really. I walked in to get my Apple Watch  and the staff told me to go online for more information. Service quality needs to be improved.

Always great to go to this store. They’ve also dealt with CV19 really well. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is that I’d booked in a genius bar appointment and we hung around for 15min after the scheduled time waiting to be served
