I would NOT even rate Telstra Shop ATHERTON 1 star!!! The staff are horrible, rude, useless & not helpful at all. I would not recommend their services to anyone, you are wasting your time!

went to return Smart home camera to store, store person said they would return. Item ended up being placed back on shelves to be sold. have spent hours trying to sort this issue out.

Busy store, dealing with such a massive area on the tablelands. but staff are always so very helpful and deal well under the pressure they are under. book a appointment, call the store. the sales lady did a good work over on my bill and saved me so much money!! Thank you
