Chris H provided such a wonderful service when I was indecisive over which dishwasher to purchase. He was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all of the models and their individual functions. I really appreciated how patient and respectful Chris was, providing factual information and allowing me to consider which would best suit our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. In the end, I selected a model which was nearly half the price of the original dishwasher I had been leaning towards and Chris’s customer service remained exactly the same. The quality of Chris’s customer service is the reason we are repeat customers at Harvey Norman.
Drove here from Cairns to purchase a product I couldn't get locally. Very pleased with the product. The staff were friendly, chatty and very helpful.
Ordered some glasses on the 11/08/22 they arrived today only because I chased it up so it took a month to get them. I also asked if they were a set of six & was told yes,now I have found out there is only 2. Not Happy Jan. Would of been better to order online or get from somewhere else

Like pretty much every Harvey Norman I've ever been to, yes they have a reasonable range of electrical and IT products at average prices but if you're looking for service forget it. Generally wander around for 10mins or so looking lost before someone finally asks if they can help. Pot luck then as to whether they have the knowledge to do so. Great shame for an Aussie Institution.
It's a Harvey Norman store with a good range for a local business. Stock control can be an issue, website can say an item is in stock,they agree it is, but finding it to sell is another issue altogether.
Couldn't get what I wanted but they went above and beyond to get the product, thank you Mel.
Tristan was a gem. He initially took my phone enquiry, he was very polite & engaging. He then took over the sale from another team member. Tristan was most helpful & well mannered. His customer service was on pointe.
