Ordered a garden shed. I was informed that it had arrived. I payed for it and was told to pick it up in the yard. When I went to the yard I was told that it was just over there but I couldn't have it as a truck was there. After 15 minutes of waiting I asked why I couldn't pick it up if we could see it. I was told there is nothing we can do because a truck is here and I would have to come back. I returned 2 hrs later and there was another truck, so couldn't pick up again.
Amazing food and down to earth atmosphere.nService was quick and very friendly.nVery affordable.

Stood at the desk and waited for help, after saying “excuse me” multiple times it wasn’t until 5 minutes later that the two young girls behind the desk stopped gossiping and addressed us. They told us we needed to go up the back to retrieve a gas bottle, we spent five minutes wandering around aimlessly trying to get help whilst multiple older men walked by us without saying anything. It wasn’t until finally a man said “howdy” walked up to the gas bottles, handed us one. We said “thank you, have a good day” he just said “rightio” and scoffed. Every single worker here needs a training day in customer service.
staff are knowledgeable and helpful, making the shopping experience pleasant. However, occasionally items are out of stock, which can be frustrating. Overall, a great store for home improvement
