Fantastic business, management and protocols to assist our Wonga Park FC in resupplying plastic bistro chairs to match our team colours. From the first call, appropriate advice, negotiations and to the photo of stock was excellent. We only had issue raising an invoice, yet once completed, delivery to the door with 48 hours. Meeting with our time pressures. Outstanding Graeme and Sashi.

Terrible customer service after purchase made for the poorly designed Slip In Sun Lounger. Emails and calls are never returned. Do not waste your money on this useless product. The chair tips backwards when sat on. Dangerous and unusable sun lounger.

Poor quality, didn't want to know about the second grade chairs I received, followed up several times, sent plenty of photos, was agreed that product was poor quality with Tehcno plastics - but no appology, no offer to rectify. Very dissapointed. 1/10 customer service 2/10 quality.

If I could give this company Minus 5 stars i would. APPALLING customer service. DO NOT waste your time with these people.
