Always happy to buy from The Hose Factory. Never had any problems with good quality products at fair prices. An A1 supplier.

I have bought a few items from Hose Factory over the past couple of years. They always dispatch the items quickly, are well packaged and arrive fairly quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hose Factory and I would be happy to shop with them again in the future.

Purchased 2 identical products that are supposedly tested against AS but they didn’t fit so were useless. I contacted for a resolution but their initial response indicated they weren’t interested as they simply said ‘I don’t know what tap you have’ and didn’t ask for any further information. Unfortunately their second attempt at communication after I had to prompt them, they offer for a refund if I pay for postage to return them would mean I’d be out of pocket paying for postage to receive and return more than what they’re worth. Useless products and not great customer service.  In response: I sent you a photo of the stamped AS on the tap. And a standard Bunnings tap key fits. Two different taps. It wasn’t an incorrect purchase, I ordered what you say was standard tap key but they don’t fit my taps. Also, do you expect all your customers to buy your taps and tap keys to know which taps they have?  Sounds like your keys are only suitable for your taps and you’re trying to sell as standard.

Not happy. I’m am being harassed by these people! They are sending me spam text messages. Inconsiderate and rude people. I do not recommend. I have not signed up for any subscription list ever. I have never bought anything from you ever! You sent me a spam text message and I opted out of your subscription list and left this review. So even after opting out of your subscription list, you now just sent me a second text message invading my privacy. If you do it again I am going to come down to your shop and raise hell!!!!!  Get a clue! You don’t know me so don’t send me text messages!

The Hose Factory provided top notch service from the moment I ordered to the speedy delivery of my items. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for hose related products.

They sent a 25mm hose without the hose clamp and now I have lost the brass in my fuel tank .  I took a photo of the 30mm metal end with a hose clamp that they sent a few months ago. They have not responded to any of my communication.  Can you send me a new metal 25mm end please with a hose clamp. Also do I need my tank to be emptied by a mechanic or will my truck be okay with it in there

I spent almost 1k in a hose and  had a problem after 3 months in the joint. Sent emails, calls and they couldn’t solve my problem, worst than that they not even replied, taking case to fair trade.

Prompt service. Reasonably priced spare part for hose reel
