Withing days of contacting them about a missing order, they'd express posted a replacement. They were polite and expedient in handling my problem. 10/10 would order again.

Check very carefully before giving this store any money. Used their website to puchase products. Two weeks later still havent received items. Their phone number is disconnected but their website will still today take your money.  VERY DODGY

I walked in the door looking for advice, information and products for making silicone moulds. I walked out the door with all of that. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Polymech are great!
