Why did you change a perfectly good product? The old containers were great and I have them all through my kitchen. I'm very organised and perhaps a little OCD and decant everything into them, label them and have on their own sections. They were sturdy and reliable. I bought one of the new ones to try it and it's useless. The clips are weak and don't close securely and are not airtight. CHANGE THEM BACK PLEASE!!! Now I need to find a new company to acquire my containers from that are reliable.
I have two "leak proof" Sistema 600 mL stainless steel drink bottles purchased about four and two weeks ago from Woolworths. I had such high hopes for them. Awful mistake. They leak everywhere and do so consistently. I had one in the top of my backpack, upright and it leaned, at most, at a 45 degree angle for the length of a 15-minute drive and flooded the top of the backpack. I frankly can't work out the physics of how these drink bottles manage to leak so much so often, but they're total rubbish. My partner borrowed one and came back unimpressed, having noticed that, when trying to sip from it during a run, the water comes out not just from twist-open mouthpiece, but also the many parts of the lid that leak. Somehow, mysteriously, when the water level gets super low, mind you, the water doesn't like coming out at all – so you have to remove the lid altogether. I bought two after the first one was a total failboat and I'd just hoped it was faulty, but they both have the same issue and are a complete waste of time. No-one wants to end up wearing the water they're trying to drink because the lid leaks, nor do they want it all over their stuff if they try putting the bottle in the bag. Total fail. I'd give this zero stars if I could, but Google won't let me.
Zero zero zero I've been trying for months to contact suppliers in N.Z,Australia and America and have had no response from any company via email and can't find a phone number. Totally unprofessional however if you need someone to work from home answering you emails im your gal.
Thank you for creating a container that is easy to open and easy to close , the lid seals great and the locking catches are esay to operate.
Why did you change them hard to clip to close other ones were much better
