The cut of the chip was smaller than usual and the pieces of fish were slim also . But everything was very well seasoned and cooked until golden and crunchy. Prices were maybe a little higher than some places but fine, there are a few “ special packs” to choose from as well. We would go again .
Absolutely excellent fish and chips. Staff were friendly when I walked in and my food was cooked fresh. Batter was the perfect thickness and crunchy. Best I've had in a long time. Will definitely be coming again when I'm in Gisborne.
bought fish and chips plus seafood pattie and potato fritter all cooked beautiful, fish was hoki ,a big fillet ,nice amount of chips..very nice..staff were nice.definetly 10/10 value for money great food, thank you will be back again
Decent size home made taste burgers But the scoop of chips was only enough for my 8yr old girl to eat alone The fish burger was reasonably good but the hamburger with extra egg was blandFood: 3/5
Our go to fish and chip shop in Gisborne. Fresh fish, yummy oysters with super light batter and crispy chips that aren't greasy. Highly recommend YUM!
I gave it a 4 star because although I feel for a fish and chip shop it should deserve a 5, its still just fish and chips.. but great fish and chips, a good amount for your money and pleasant service. It's definitely my go to regardless as to what part of town I'm in when I get a hankering for some greasys

Ordered half scoop allspice and steak and egg roll Forgot the sauces for chips and gave me a bacon and egg roll. Took it back and was told they can't take it back and that I had to pay for a new one. My household don't eat bacon.
Prawn twisters are bomb and crunchy shoestring chips, can’t go wrong with their burgers and staff are super friendly.
I went there to order my dinner , they only got one thing wrong in my order but wow for what it was worth my battered fish was yummy and the rest so that's the next best place for a kai I'm going back I liked it.
