horrible service. just to get an accreditation it took a month, i dont know who is responsible but people who want to work and earn their own money this system want them to be o centerlink and suck out govt money. cant imagine its happening in the greatest country in the world.

Horrible phone service. The phone operator didn’t listen to me and cut off my call. His tone was not friendly at all. very poor service. They just enjoying because they are in govt job and no one is accountable for their poor service.

Very poor customer service. I have applied for Driver Accreditation on 12th December and today is 10th January they still have not processed my application. Also, they didn't even receive customer enquiries on phone

Applications take a lifetime. Reference number provided has no way to be checked on the website or over the phone, even though the call line has an option for update on application. Poorly ran organisation with terrible service
