From my personal experience “Self regulation” is akin to asking one person to count the money and report if anything is missing! No wisdom or acknowledgement of human greed has been considered by the Victorian government when passing self regulation laws! How many people are struggling in their apartments homes because of the governments failure to regulate with wisdom and understanding?
