Have had technicians here 15 times, no joke, all of them find the same thing which is nobody has connected our box to the street and then they don't report it. We are stuck in this beven ending cycle. Never have I dealt with a more incompetent company ever!

Stop reviewing this 'place' because of your internet. Google reviews wants you to know if this PLACE, not service, is good. If you don't like the NBN service, maybe actually contact your local ISP branch, or at least don't be an ass. But don't go reviewing their buildings as 'trash' simply because you don't like them. I haven't been there yet but heck, I don't even think you guys have at all.

I ordered NBN in november and have had 2 technicians come out to my property. Both have said the same thing, saying that a tap needs to be installed before i can get connected. I have just received a message from my service provider (telecube) that my remediation date is June 02 (almost a year after i was promised a connection). I've also been advised that i'm not allowed ADSL2+ as my property is 'NBN ready'. How long do i have to wait.

Had a booking for a tech to come and fix my connection. Wife ended up staying home and missing a funeral in order to ensure someone was home. Scumbags didnt turn up.... try to ring them and all options on their phone service lead nowhere. My taxes at work!

They sent a letter to all tenants on the property, asking if a spokesperson could contact them and advise who should be their main point of contact. I sat on hold for 30 minutes before a recorded voice said everyone was busy and cut me off. Nice one NBN!
