A very large store that sells everything you could ever possibly need from clothing to cleaning to homewares. They’ve got you covered.nWide clean aisles, with each department clearly visible with signage.nPlenty of bargains to be had and lots on clearance.
The item I wanted was sold out, so I didn’t buy anything. As I was leaving, a woman standing at the entrance asked to check my bag even though the security gate didn’t go off. This was the first time in over ten years that something like this had happened to me, and I’ve never experienced it at Kmart before. I don’t know if I was being treated differently.
Every single time I buy an anko product from target or kmart it is either broken in the box or it breaks in the first use. Every single time. Every single bloody time. Am i just that unlucky or are all anko products faulty? Its infuriating to get home and find things i have literally just purchased as a brand new item anr its bloody broken!!!! Every time?!
Update: you can no longer assume that brand new items are ok in the box, you must always check everything inside the box before purchase, could be broken in the box, missing peices, or break immediately. Check these things before purchase or at the very least before leaving the shop!!! This is infuriating if you have difficulties getting to the store and limited funding because you just keep having to go back... Planned obstinance at its bestnInstore seems nice. I am trying to use the website and its barely functional unfortunately. I purchased a $4 static lint and pet hair remover thing and just wanted to leave a review to let others know it doesn't work literally at all.. the people at the entryto Tuggeranong, the few times that ive gonealways seem polite but not too pushy, i appreciate that alot.nThey basically also sell anko products similar to Kmart and i guess with buying a cheap item you have to expect some sort of issue, but it doesnt work at all.
Good product range, non-existent customer service. Was picking up a click and collect, and buying a couple of extra bits. While our click and collect was being fetched another member of staff came up to the terminal, told us she was serving someone else and that we had to leave. We explained the situation to her and she ignored us and continued serving the other customers, even once our member of staff returned. Ended up being delayed so long we just went to the self service. Pretty disgusting, particularly when we're pushing around a newborn on top of everything.
