I went to the reject shop - Cooleman Court - on Thursday and Friday of this week to buy a few nick-knacks and was served by a very pleasant young lady - Emily. In fact all the staff in this shop had happy, welcoming smiles on their faces. What a change to so many other Canberra service industry organisations where the staff serve you when they can be bothered. My compliments to the management on a great selection of personnel. Keep it up. And Emily gets my nomination for a promotion and pay rise (even Federal Member of Parliament for Small Business). Regards Colin
