SMALLISH TARGET OUTLET IN BASEMENT OF MYER CENTRE Target is well known across Australia for its no frills clothing, homewares and toys. This outlet is accessed from the lower level of the Myer Centre on Queen St mall. It has all the basics you'd expect from a Target but is a bit faded. Chcekouts are all now self serve, although staff are nearby if you need a security tag removed.
Enjoy shopping at Target. Particularly good for menswear as they seem to be well wearing & reasonably fashionable clothing. Also the female workout & fitness wear very good, durable, squat proof & super comfortable. Am a fan of Target jeans too always a a good fit for me & on trend, very durable & long wearing
Pretty decent store with a good variety for the inner city location!
Thank you Target for stocking an amazing collection of books for children. Both my 5yr & 8yr olds had so many choices in the exact themes they like, and being avid readers, trust me when I say that not all book stores carry enough variety. We have had to go to the library a few times as we couldn’t find themes the girls wanted in book stores.
The ONLY thing this target is semi ok for is baby clothes and to be honest even then they are overpriced. Regularly have no stock and seem to hold 'older' products needing to be rotated out. Target really cannot compete with Kmart and best n less these days, I don't see this store lasting much longer here if I'm being honest. I've given up with this one !
Great store. Clean, neat, tidy. So good to go in here!!
Called 3 times and the staff were rude and blunt. Each time the call would go through to the toys section they would answer and not talk all i could hear was background noise like a bum dial, i sat there for 3 minutes each time saying “hello” and no response. The store is very good but the call services are terrible!
I went in today looking for an item I saw on the website that said it was in stock at this store. After wondering around the entire store looking for either the item or a staff member, I found neither. After about 10 minutes, a staff member appeared at the customer service desk. He informed me the item I was looking for was upstairs and a staff member up there would be able to help me. I went upstairs and asked the staff member at self service check out if she knew where the product was. She had no idea what I was talking about and asked me if I was looking on the US site by mistake. After showing her the website which clearly said available at the BRISBANE store she said “sorry, I don’t know what to tell you” and made zero attempt to actually help me. I then went in search for another staff member and found two who were actually willing to look up the item number and locate it in store for me. Lo and behold there were over 40 of this product in stock.This took about 25 minutes of my time. Unbelievable.
Excellent customer service, I understand that it gets busy during peak hours, keep persevering.
Nice Customer Service, express self check out, great help from Tamara, she should be employee of the month! They have awesome stuffs. Its a department store, so you will get all the stuff u need! How do I look with that Fila shirt? :-D
