Tacticall have been the most helpful recruitment agency I’ve ever dealt with. Susie and Ellie were incredibly supportive as they always kept me updated, and really helped me to be well prepared for my interview which went well. I honestly felt like I had my own dedicated team helping me to get the right job. They all clearly have excellent communication between them because whoever I was speaking two were totally up to date and informed, and they made the whole process feel smooth and seamless.

I absolutely love this recruitment agency. Wow talk about outstanding customer service. Quick and accurate onboarding, pay and payslips given on time. A followup phone call to check in with staff to see how we are tracking is a nice touch to know that you are being supported. Great pay rates with excellent working conditions. I just wanted to leave a brief review about my experience with TactiCall. I don't generally leave reviews but this has been the best recruitment experience I've ever been through and I wanted to pass that on. I applied for a role at the beginning of June and the next morning I received a call from TactiCall. I spoke with Eloise initially and then Teresa for the remainder of my job application process. Eloise went through a brief summary of the role and some general questions before sending me a link to complete an aptitude test. I received a call 5-10 minutes after the aptitude test inviting me for a same day video interview. The interview went for a little over an hour and included a role play element. This was then followed by a reference check from my referees all in the same day. I've never applied for a job and gone through the entire process within the same business day before now. I was blown away and the staff have been so kind and warm every time I have had a call or email exchange with them. After this process TactiCall then sent all my information to the client and I received a call early the following week asking me to submit my criminal check consent for the role. Fast forward to a few weeks later when the role's starting date came up today and everything is sorted down to me filing my TFN, bank account, super details, etc into their system ready for my first pay run. Their online portal to file timesheets is painless too so all in all I felt inclined to want to share this. As mentioned, I don't generally leave reviews but I can't recommend this recruitment agency enough. I completed my first day today and the entire process has been amazing and extremely professional. A big thank you from me goes to Teresa and Eloise for making this such a pleasant transition.
I have had the pleasure of working under Tacticall for a couple of years now, picking up temp jobs when the need has arisen. I’ve mostly been assisted by Teresa, who is very smart, professional and straight forward but also kind and helpful. They have been excellent at aligning my skills with jobs that I both excel at and enjoy.
