Had an interview with troy and one other, and I had to wait for approximately 2 weeks before I followed up on whether or not I was successful for the position and was sent a message via Linkedin that I was not considered for the position. I understand someone has to be unsuccessful, but I took time out of my day to come see them, the least they could have done was to call me and let me know instead of using a social media platform. One star for unprofessionalism Troy and colleague, I thought Randstad was supposed to be good at their jobs.

Really professional service, people who listen and follow up. The best part about working with Duy Le was his ability to see past the skills I wrote on my CV, and instead talk to me, diving deep with his questions to get an understanding of not just what I could do, but what makes me tick. Working with Duy, I never felt like a number or a process; instead he assessed my skills and passions, and aligned me with a job that uses all my abilities but also has capacity to challenge me. I couldn’t be happier. At all times, he promptly attended by my queries, followed through with attention to detail and made sure I was satisfied and given sufficient feedback. I know Duy has my back, and that’s one of the greatest things a recruiter can give you. I’d recommend Duy to any government officer looking for new challenges, different experiences and the chance to work with a true recruiting professional.

I received a phone call about a prospective job placement. After this agency downloaded my resume off SEEK. After travelling to the office and under going a rigious amount of paper work and pysical testing the recruitment officer basicaly brushed me off about the position and asked to keep my details on file. Part of the documentation needed for an immediate start was my birth certificate and was told that a current passport, drivers licence and medicare card were not enough. Then told I could go into the local Births, Deaths and Marriages office to receive this in person. Being born in the Northern Territory this was not possible for me to attain in a QLD office. This was explained to the recruiting officer at the beginning when I arrived, yet I was told to stay and fill out all the forms and under the pysical testing. On leaving the recruitment officer said she will advise me of the outcome either way. As the pisiton was an immediate start I waited until after lunch Friday to call her and ask the outcome. Only to be spoken over top of several times and brushed off with that's what my client wanted. I asked why she called me to come in and undergo all testing if she had no intention of actually putting me forward for the position. For the 3rd time I got you just weren't successful for the position. Yet when I asked if she put me forward to the client that answer was not giben and she continued to speak over top of me. I did not raise my voice nor speak rudley to this person. After several attempts to get answers from her I asked me file to be deleted from their data base. You may work on behalf of your clients but the way you treat people is not profeesional nor polite. WHS issues needed to be addressed at the office which I attended as the roof was falling down and all on the floor without adiquite barrers no signage and business should have been ceased until this was fixed.

Have had excellent interactions with Randstad - a very profesional agency with great customer service. They value me as a contractor and they use on-line forms and tests etc which makes everything very user friendly.

Very professional and straight forward, beautiful offices and friendly staff. While I was not successful in gaining a role through them (landed a job elsewhere), I do recommend them for their level of service.
