10 out of 10 would recommend! I was with Sarina Russo Nundah for about 12 months or so, and I had the best consultant! Fiona Williams, she helped me through so many hurdles that I had in my life, specifically with finding my balance with work and teaching me about independence and that I was capable of working anywhere I wanted to put my mind to! incredible listener and she provides results!
Fiona Williams is an absolute legend. She found me an amazing job right up my alley within 2 weeks of searching. She helped me get my life back on track, and was a fantastic listener. 10/10 would job again
I do not recommend this place to anyone who suffers from an invisible disability. This branch is the most unhelpful, rude, and degrading place I have ever been to. I was belittled and made to feel like my life did not matter, as I had been on Centrelink for "too long". I don't live close by but was made to attend appointments in-person and wait for 1-2- hours when all they wanted to do was confirm some details, like whether or not I was still studying. Nearly every appointment was something that could've been done over the phone, yet I was forced to waste time and petrol attending these appointments in-person. I was also told that my work as a sole trader was not real work and that what I was doing didn't count. I asked for help regarding my disability as I struggled to work full time due to it, but was constantly dismissed by them saying things like "well you've been assessed by Centrelink as being able to work full time so you need to look for full time work". They never told me what I needed to do to get Centrelink to recognise that my genetic disability affects my ability to work in certain industries. It was only after I transferred to another job provider that they finally told me what exactly it was that I needed to do and have finally been assessed as only being able to work part-time hours. The assessor commented that what this job provider said to me was incorrect and should never have happened, and they should've just given me the information I asked for and referred me to get an assessment done straight away. I don't know what kind of sick and twisted person enjoys degrading and misguiding vulnerable humans beings like this, but if Hell was a job search provider, it would be here.
I dealt with John from Sarina Russo Nundah. John exemplifies the difference between an employee who simply does their job, and an employee who does a great job. He was fantastic, patient, considerate and showed genuine concern for getting me the best possible outcomes. Any business should be lucky to have an employee like John, and I can only hope that Sarina Russo appreciates him as much as people like me, who are lucky enough to have him looking after us. While I'm sure many of the employees do an excellent job, John is the core reason for my high regard for this Sarina Russo team at Nundah. He is a true asset, and an individual that I would happily describe as exemplary.
To the team at Sarina Russo, from Farina, Nadine, Jon, Skye. Thank you for restoring my faith in people. Your understanding and empathy and commitment to what you do is priceless. After encountering many disappointments with 2 previous employment consultants. You have given me a new lease on life. Can not thank you all enough for your professionalism and undivided commitment in assisting me in gaining full time employment. Will strongly recommend your service to other job seekers.
