I most certainly can't complain, only complement the professional service and assistance provided to me from Tayla, Leona, Jacqui, Blake, Jayne, Jen, Naomi and all the kind hearted, caring, thoughtful staff at Sarina Russo Mitchelton, who helped me threw my sometimes difficult journey of unemployment. Then after i obtained employment ( In a new career path.) as a Soil Technician / Lab Technician, the good people at Sarina Russo Mitchelton also maintained their assistance to me in the transition from unemployment to employment. Keep in mind, the good people at Sarina Russo Mitchelton done all of this while at times being extremely busy. This office and staff have been absolutely fantastic in assisting me with not only looking for work but also putting me in touch with other community based organisations to get back on track. A shout out to Jayne, Tayla and Jacqui.. Thank you all very much

Patience, persistence, support and a caring attitude are the adjectives used to describe how Dale and Sarina Russo Job Access Mitchelton turned Tyler’s life around. Tyler’s grandmother, shared her appreciation in letter to the Mitchelton team. "I am writing this letter to inform you of my appreciation of the Mitchelton staff. My grandson, was directed to your office by Centrelink. His case officer was Dale. From day one your firm, has helped him with training and have found him 3 jobs. I want to take this opportunity to thank the staff, especially Dale, for their patience, persistence, support and caring attitude. I have found the Mitchelton branch very caring, professional and efficient." She concludes her letter with..."thank you for the job you are doing, especially helping youths who have dropped out of the school system and giving them an opportunity to turn around and become good citizens in our society.”

Apart from having to wait a little longer sometimes as it's quite busy, I've been met with friendly and courteous support time and time again. Not sure why with all the negatives. I found my own full time job whilst being with Sarina for around 6 months, but they have just found me another possible opportunity to which I'm very appreciative.
