Dr Helen Chriss was easily the rudest doctor I have ever come across let alone person in general. From the beginning of the consultation I was treated with utter disdain and her medical advice was actually what doctors later at the hospital told me was completely wrong and potentially quite harmful. Her personality could only be described as abhorrent and I question her actual medical training given the advice she put forward to me. I would urge you not to visit her, I can't speak for the rest of the practice but I certainly won't be going there ever again!

Medical care was fine, but customer service was poor. I asked politely for my medical records to be sent to my new doctor in another city. I was told tersely that this may involve a fee and I needed to ask in writing by letter or fax. This was a simple request to send MY OWN medical results from recent tests by email to a new doctor - not unreasonable by any stretch. On further inquiry the receptionist conceded I could make the request by email, but she couldn't tell me how long it would take to process this request.

Great medical team but the reception staff aren't so pleasant - quite abrupt at the desk and on the phone. They sometimes treat you like a chore rather than a customer.
