My 2 yo saw Dr. Joseph and I was blown away. She was generous with her time, thoroughly inspected my daughter, was very kind and soft with her, explained everything and next steps thoroughly and answered all my questions with clarity, did not make me feel rushed at all. And did not offer antibiotics unless tests results justifies it. Two days later, I received a courtesy call from her personally following tests results and reminding me what to watch for. Rarely have I been so satisfied with a GP.
Fantastic medical practice, minimal wait times and Dr Colin French has been amazing, so kind and takes the time to really listen. Colin has been able to arrange for the correct testing and surgery that is needed for my acute back pain after numerous visits elsewhere. Colin is a great support and I highly recommend him.
The receptionist was welcoming on my arrival.nI found Dr Ling very friendly and empathetic and considerate.nMy treatment was efficient and nurse Kathy was very caring.nI came away feeling well cared for and grateful for a happy experience as well as good care.
