When I put my back out lifting my son out of his car seat, Hands on Health were the only chiropractic team I could find in the area who made room in their fully booked Saturday morning to help. The team are kind, professional and skilled at both chiropractic adjustments and massage. The atmosphere is friendly and they’re all quick to put patients at their ease. There’s never any hard sell on other products or services, they’re flexible on appointment times and frequently offer tips on exercises to do at home so you don’t need to visit them so often. Over the last three months, Hands On Health Care have helped me improve my posture and core strength – I’m very grateful to have had their help to avoid experiencing more complex problems later in life!

Hands on Health Care has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere the minute you walk into the clinic. The clinic conducts itself in a professional and respectful manner and I would not hesitate in returning for more chiropractic adjustments or acupuncture. They are flexible with their appointment times which is fantastic and location is easy to get to and find. 
Dr Georgina Smith fixes my back/shoulder pains and has given me some great advice (and exercises) in looking after my body, to keep me fit and able to do my job. She is always happy to offer advice and makes me feel at ease.
Definitely recommend this clinic for anyone who is looking for a chiropractor who is easy going and professional.

Having moved to the Manly area only a few years ago, I am so thrilled to have found such a friendly, professional and effective team to help maintain my body in the best possible way.

The team is highly professional, friendly and very caring. The team go above and beyond ensuring clients get proper treatment and professional advice. The communication is A+, providing reminders of appointments and notifications ahead of time if they are running late. 
I highly recommend their services.

I have been seeing Damian and the team at Hands on Health Care since I hurt my back earlier this year. I have found the exercises that he has prescribed me to do at home to be very helpful, in conjunction with the adjustments and massage I received during our sessions.
I would recommend Hands on Health to anyone looking for a reliable and professional Chiropractor.
