We were lucky enough to get a window seat to watch the sunset. The welcome was warm and friendly as was the service throughout the evening. The food was 10/10 with the lamb pizza from the specials being the overall favourite as was the chocolate mousse with orange sorbet and churros. We will be back to try breakfast soon.

We had the fish and chips. They were exceptional!!! The best fish and chips ever. Service was great. Thank you and you will definitely see us again. will tell all my friends.

Lovely food and great service.  Only issue was paying the bill. We had a table of  5  who wanted to pay separately but we were told it was to difficult to do. I have booked breakfast in a couple of weeks for my mums birthday for 9 of us and we would like to pay separately too hope this could be arranged by then.

Thank you for a lovely afternoon tea. Our sewing group thoroughly enjoyed the cool air conditioning and the food was spectacular. We are planning a return visit

We had a group of 9 come to Swell for breakfast. It was wonderful. The food was excellent, the service faultless and the views magnificent. The best eating out experience we have had for along time. Thank you so much.

Had a wonderful experience at this restaurant.  Professional and friendly welcome. View was fantastic, service was impeccable and the food magnificent.  Would recommend this venue to anyone.  Go and enjoy.

So glad I booked as we got a table on the balcony with a clear view of the beach below. I had the avocado smash plus bacon and hands down the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The herbed feta really made it. Can’t wait to visit again next time I’m in Perth.

Good food, friendly prompt service and a  great view. The perfect end to a day. A must see venue
