Not a bad spot for a beer and a feed ... burgers were awesome
The club committee had a meeting this morning at the Tarven. The room was large, able to accommodate > 20 people. The tables were arranged & equipped with serviettes, drinking glasses & water for all the members. We ordered Morning tea & coffee. They arrived on time. Morning Coffee & Tea Service & meeting venue was excellent. Following our meeting some members stayed for lunch. From my perspective, my lunch was excellent. I had fish & chips. The fish was crispy, salad was fresh. Good serve for lunch. The other members ordered pizzas & burgers. The food prices were reasonable. Parking & other facilities were good. I shall return for future lunches!
Had lunch there today, awesome menu, food came out quickly…was good. Five star customer service from both Connor and Daniel - will be returning for sure!
Coming here you can expect to be entertained this location has 5 pool tables TAB, Games, Smoking section The Varsity burgers tasted like they used fresh ingredients 10/10 I'll be back
A really nice experience. Food was delicious. Price was ok. Portion is ok. Very friendly staff. Ambience was very nice with a very good family space. Ordered chicken parmy, barramundi, steak and lamb salad. All were very good. I would recommend a try! :
Lovely food, good atmosphere and surroundings. Great variety of food. Lovely cocktails chicken burger and tempura prawns in lettuce were yummy
Arrogant staff, highraki is not acceptable hire staff of proper Maturity and maybe you'll make more money as well as have a better clientele. Is absolutely not tolerated.
Good venue but terrible service due to lack of staff. 1 person behind the bar with 20 people standing in line waiting for a drink also meal rubbish left everywhere due to no enough staff to serve and clean.. and last of all 3 kids on as door men/security who have no idea how to control a crowd simply cos they are too young
Staff are good. Good pricing on food and drinks. Needs variety on food menu. Has 20 burgers. A bit weird.
Its now varsity. Went with the boys for pizzas. Great service but music was a bit loud. But otherwise was great.
